The “Living with Cancer” patient platform contains relevant content for those affected to enable them to play a self-determined and strong role in living with the disease. The magazine is published twice a year and covers various types of cancer as well as non-medical topics related to living with cancer. Dispatch to over 1300 target group-specific addresses throughout German-speaking Switzerland enables wide reach and brings content directly to the relevant reader. The website is the digital hub of the platform; among other things, all articles from the magazine are published here.
Together with Sandra from “Living with Cancer” and Dominik from “Interactis”, we worked out and recorded the core attributes and goals of the website and magazine in our brand workshop. These findings have guided us through the design process, creating a gentle and accessible brand presence that conveys humanity and understanding offline and online. Although the visual world changes from issue to issue of the magazine, we deliberately only present positive motifs that underline the individual articles.
