3.5 How long do we keep your data?

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the individual purposes for which the data was collected.

Data that we save when you visit our website is kept for twelve months. There is an exception for analysis and tracking data, which can be kept longer.

We store contract data longer because we are required to do so by legal regulations. In particular, we must store business communications, concluded contracts and accounting receipts for up to 10 years. If we no longer need such data from you to perform the services, the data will be blocked and we will only use it for accounting and tax purposes.

However, we may extend this period due to a high volume of inquiries, for legal or technical reasons, or because we need more detailed information from you. You will be notified of the deadline extension in good time, at least in text form.

4.6 Data transfer to the USA
Our website includes tools from companies based in the USA. When these tools are active, your personal data can be transferred to the US servers of the respective companies. We would like to point out that the USA is not a safe third country within the meaning of EU data protection law. US companies are required to disclose personal data to security authorities without you, as the person concerned, being able to take legal action against it. • 1 kg white flour
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 30 grams fresh yeast
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 4 dl cream (lukewarm)
• 3 dl milk (lukewarm)

Mix all ingredients and knead until you get a nice elastic dough. Leave to rise in a warm place until it doubles in volume. Form the dough into two to three braids and let rest again (about 15 to 30 minutes). Brush with an egg and bake in a preheated oven (lower half) at 200 degrees Celsius for approx. 30 to 35 minutes until the braid is golden brown. Good!
